Updating Credit Card details in your Domain Name Management System

Your domain name must be registered through Arosoftware's domain reseller account with TPP Wholesale . If your domain name is not registered through Arosoftware, you will need to contact your domain name registrar to renew your domain or update your payment method.
Keeping your credit card details up to date ensures uninterrupted billing and renewal of your domain name and any associated services.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Log in to Your Account

  1. Go to Domains or Partnerconsole

  2. Enter your Domain Name account ID ( usually included in the update payment method or domain renewal email) and your domain name account passoword  ( Not your Arosoftware CRM login credentials

  3. InfoIf you have forgotten your password click here to learn how to reset your password
  4. Click Sign In.

2. Navigate to Billing Settings

  • From the dashboard, select the Billing tab.

  • On the right side you'll see Billing Details heading

  • Click Edit beside Default credit card.

3. Update Credit Card Information

  • Select Edit next to your current credit card. (you can ticket Remove beside any expired or unwanted card options)

  • OR

  • Below Add new credit card

  • Enter the new card details:

    • Cardholder Name

    • Card Number

    • Expiration Date

    • CVV

4. Click Save Changes.
