How to Update My Payment Details
To update your Credit Card Payments and/or Direct Debit details, login to Arosoftware.
- Click on your headshot at the top right of the screen
- In the dropdown box click on Billing
- Click on the Billing Portal button
- You will be directed to a new page
- On this page scroll down in the box and click on Payment Methods
- If you see this page next click on add new under your already existing payment details to update or add a new payment method
- Select your Payment Method - Credit Card or Direct Debit
- Fill in the form details for your selected payment method making sure all details are correct, click the Add button at the bottom of the page
- You are all done and your details will automatically be updated in our billing platform

Only management users have the option to access and see the billing section unless the permissions have been changed on a per person basis to be able to see this
