Forgot My Domain Name Password

This article will guide you through resetting your password for the Arosoftware domain name registrar control panel.

You can use this control panel to renew a domain, register a domain, obtain your EPP/AUTH code.
  1. Start by going here - http://www.arosoftware.com/domains
  2. Click the "Forgot password" link
  1. Enter your name into the "First name" and "Surname" fields
  2. Enter either your domain name into the "Domain name" field
  3. Click the "Submit" button

Password reset instructions will now be sent to the email address associated with your domain name. If you do not receive this email within 5 minutes then the email address associated with your domain name may be incorrect. Please contact Arosoftware support to check which email address is associated with your domain name.
