2. Click the "Forgot password" link

2. Enter either your domain name into the "Domain name" field or your account reference.
   
3. Click the "Submit" button
   

Password reset instructions will now be sent to the email address associated with your domain name. If you do not receive this email within 5 minutes then the email address associated with your domain name may be incorrect. Please contact Arosoftware support to check which email address is associated with your domain name.
