Emailing a Listing to a Vendor or Buyer(s)

This article will guide you through sharing a listing to a vendor or buyer via email. This will send an email of the listing with a link to the listing on your website.

This method is used for sending a listing to select contacts. To send a listing to all matching buyers take a look at this guide:
  1. Search for your listing address using the quick search magnifying glass in the top right of your database
  2. Select your listing from the results
  3. Select the "Share Listing" button in the top right
  4. Select "Send to Buyer" in the dropdown list
  1. You will then be directed to the below Send Listing page
  • In the Contacts box start typing the name (or names) of the contact(s) you wish to email and select them from the dropdown list
  • If you need to add a new contact click on the "Add New Contact" button and enter the details for the contact
  • Update the "Subject and Message" fields
  • Select the green "Sendbutton
