Emailing a Listing to a Vendor or Buyer(s)

This article will guide you through sharing a listing to a vendor or buyer via email. This will send an email of the listing with a link to the listing on your website.

This method is used for sending a listing to select contacts. To send a listing to all matching buyers take a look at this guide:  Sending Property Alerts and Viewing Matching Buyers
  • Search for your listing address using the quick search magnifying glass in the top right of your database.
  • Select your listing from the results.
  • Select the Share Listing button in the top right.
  • Select Send to Buyer in the dropdown list.
      
  1. You will then be directed to the below Send Listing page:

  • In the Contacts box start typing the name (or names) of the contact(s) you wish to email and select them from the dropdown list.
  • If you need to add a new contact click on the Add New Contact button  and enter the details for the contact.

  • Select the green Send button
