Activate the SMS module

The SMS module is available to all clients, regardless of your subscription level.

Register your SMS Sender ID

Before you can send a SMS from Arosoftware, you will need to verify your Sender ID (the number/s or name/s you will be sending from). Click here to learn how to register your Sender ID.

Purchase SMS credits

To purchase SMS credits, return to the Send SMS page:
  1. Within your Aro account go to Marketing -> Send SMS
  2. You will see a message "You do not have any SMS credits remaining. Click here to purchase more"
  3. Clicking this link will pop up the Purchase SMS Credits wizard
  1. You will need to select the number of credits you would like to purchase using the drop down menu
  2. Before finalising your purchase, you will need to tick your acceptance of the charges and click on the Purchase SMS Credits button
  3. Once completed, the credits will be added to your account instantly and you can start sending SMSs straight away
