Welcome to SMS Campaigns.

You'll need to purchase SMS Credits to send SMS - Click here for the SMS Overview

1. To send a SMS Campaign, go to Marketing > Campaigns > SMS Campaign

1. Check your SMS Credit balance available, if needed Click on Purchase Credits and select the quantity required.
   

SMS credits can be added by team members with Management and Office Admin roles

1. Click on + New SMS Campaign
   
2. Start by giving the SMS campaign a name
   
3. Click Add sender and select a Sender ID
   
4. Who will this campaign be sent to?
   
1. Add Recipients: There are a number of options you can choose Groups, Saved Filters, A listing, Manual Selection or build a follow up campaign
   
2. Content: Click Edit content to load the SMS editor
   
5. Associate the SMS Campaign with a listing if applicable, so the communications will be recorded against both the contact recipient and the listing.
   
6. Send a Test SMS
   
7. Once your campaign is Ready to send you can choose to Send Now or Send the campaign at a time and date of your choice.
   

Once your SMS campaign has been sent, you can access a detailed report on the campaign's success.
