Reviewing Campaign Reports


Once an Email Campaign has been sent, you can view a report for that campaign which can give you insights on how the campaign has performed.

The Campaigns report data is super useful for a number of reasons:
  1. We can view a snapshot of the campaign metrics like Clicked / Bounced and Open
  2. Using Recipient activities
    1. We can identify how many & which users have actually clicked on links in the campaign
    2. By looking at link stats, we can identify which website links, users have been clicked on the most
    3. Manage and clean up recipient data
  3. Review campaign parameters
  4. Archive copy of the campaign for reference

How To View a Report


  1. Hover over the "Marketing" menu and click on "Email Campaigns"
  2. Click on the "Campaigns" tab
  3. Locate the Campaign that you would like to view the report for, and click the circular icon to open the report for that Campaign.
