Campaign Reports Dashboard

When you open up a campaign report, you will see the following dashboard




The Overview

Across the top of the overview page, you can see a snapshot of key outcomes of the campaign



Beneath this we have another summary of recipients, clicks and opens. These items are clickable, to drill down on and view associated contacts


A timeline graph of the campaign is shown below the summary. This graph tracks clicks and opens over the recent timeframe.

You can click on any point on the timeline items so see the numbers at that time frame.

This widget show the top 5 recipients that opened or clicked on a link in the campaign the most.

Recipient Activities

Selecting this tab will open a drill down version of the campaign data, where you can select a number of different metrics and view the recipients.



This data can then be used to make amendments to contacts or perform numerous bulk actions. 



Filtering Recipient Activities

Clicking on the 'All Recipients' dropdown allows you to filter recipients by the campaign activities to view relevant contacts data

You can also do this by clicking on an item from the activity list on the left hand side 

Recipient Activity Events

Delivered - List of recipients that have been reported as successfully delivered

Clicked - The total number of Recipients that Clicked on a link within the Campaign. This does not include clicks on the "Unsubscribe" link.

Opened - The total number of Recipients that Opened the Campaign ( See this help article about Open rates )

Pending - Total number of emails queued to be sent from the software, but not yet processed

Bounced -  Includes any email that has been unable to be delivered. They are split into a couple of types of delivery event. The delivery event could be one of three types
Bounced - The total number of Bounces, this is when a email cannot be delivered, often this are caused by outdated or incorrectly entered email addresses
Dropped - Not delivered by the external email delivery provider, most likely due to invalid domains - e.g bigpod.com, hotmail.con etc... 
            ( This type of event is a good opportunity to correct your data, so you can send them a follow- up campaign.)
Failed - The total number of Recipients that were not sent by the software ( e.g invalid email address data found)  
Deferred - When an email cannot immediately be delivered, but it hasn’t been completely rejected, the deferred event fires. Sometimes called a soft bounce

Unsubscribed - The total number of recipients who have clicked the 'Unsubscribe' link after campaign was sent.

Link Stats - Is a list of the web links used in the campaign ranked in order of no of clicks. This can be drilled down to view data about the contacts who have clicked on each link

Campaign Details

This screen allows you to review some of the campaign send parameters 



You can also click on " View Campaign Settings" to view additional data


Email Content

Clicking on email content, will show a preview of the actual content sent with all formatting and links intact.



Refresh Report

If you are monitoring a recently sent report, clicking on refresh report will update all campaign statistics and refresh the page for you.
