Unable to Log into AroSoftware

Check you are using the correct web URL

The url address is always the following format, just insert your company code in the URL after https:// 
Name : Your First and Last name 
Password : whatever the password you were given or you changed it to


NOTE: Arosoftware is unable to see your password. If you forgotten your password you will need to click the "Forgot my password" link on the Home page. The password will be send the email address you have on yourself in the software

Depending on your permissions that are set up on you in the software will depend if you can log in and reset a Team Memebers password. The owner and Admin staff will mostly have that permission. Please check with them as someone in your office will have "Management" role and they can alter your password 

A management user can reset anyone's password by doing the following :

  • Login the software 
  • Go to Set up Menu 
  • Team Members 
  • Edit the team member 
  • Change the password and save / or click the Reset button on the team member 

NOTE: The password needs to be a minimum 8 characters long and a combination of letters and numbers. Click here for more info 

Other reasons you may not be able to log in

It is definitely worth also checking the following :-
  1. Check your Internet connection
    1.  Check you can open another website such as https://www.google.com/
  2. Are you using a supported Browser
    1. Arosoftware supports the latest version of Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox
  3. Account Billing Issue
    1. Ensure your subscription payments are not in arrears
  4. Local Network blocking required Port.
    1.  Ask your IT team to check that port 4433 is not blocked on your local network
    2. if the port is blocked, the setting required is outbound, TCP
