Templates Overview
Communicating with your database is important. The templates module lets you do this as efficiently as possible by setting up your Email, SMS, and Letter templates in one area. Templates can be sent to individual contacts/leads or to a whole group. If you need to make a change to one of your templates, you only need to do it once.
Templates play a big role in the Workflows module. Workflows allow you to automatically send your templates at set times.

There are 3 types of templates: Email, SMS, and Letters.
