What is the Workflows Module
The Workflows module is designed to automate operations within your office at the click of a button. You can automatically send emails and SMS messages to contacts and team members as well as queue tasks for your team members.
How it works?
A workflow is a series of actions that take place automatically. Actions can happen instantly or at a scheduled time relative to when the workflow is started. For example, a workflow could send a thank you email as well as a series of follow up emails or SMS messages, after a specific amount of time the workflow could then queue a task for a team member to make a call.

Starting a Workflow
View active and completed Workflows
Workflows that are active or completed can be easily view by going to the listing, contact or lead that the workflow was started on and clicking on the Workflows tab.
You can also view all active or completed workflows at once by following these steps;
- Navigate to the Workflows page (Productivity > Workflows)
- Click on Active Workflows
