Team Member Photo not showing on Website or Portal

This article will guide you through determining why a Team Members profile photo is not showing on your website or external portal.

Team Member photo not showing on listings on your Arosoftware website: The first step is to ensure the team member's photo has been uploaded in their team member profile. 

To upload a team member photo in Aro follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the Settings cog in the top right of your database.
  2. Select Team Members.
  3. Click on the chosen team members name.
  4. Click on the green Edit Team Member button.
  5. Click into profile on the left.
  6. Upload the photo in the Consultant Photo section.
  7. Click on the green Save Member button.
The photo has now been added, you must now ensure this team member is selected to appear on the website within Website Manager:

  1. Click on the Settings cog in the top right of your database.
  2. Select Website Manager.
  3. Select the Team Members tab at the top of the page (next to the green Pages button).
  4. Click on the plus icon to the right of an existing team member.
  5. In the team member dropdown box, select their name.
  6. Their role will automatically be added on the right, however you can free type in this box if you wish for a different role to appear on the website.

External websites and Portals

Notes
Arosoftware do not send team member photos with listings to third party websites and portals.
Each team member must have a profile on the third party website with a photo uploaded for it to appear on their site.
