SMS Campaign Reports
How To View a SMS Campaign Report
Once
an SMS Campaign has been sent, you can view a report for that campaign
which can give you insights on how the campaign has performed.
- The Campaigns report data is useful for a number of reasons (You can view a snapshot of the campaign metrics of Bounced and Open)
- Using Recipient activities:
- Manage and clean up recipient data
- Review campaign parameters
- Archive copy of the campaign for reference
How To View a Report
- Hover over the "Marketing" menu and click on "Campaigns"
- Click on the "SMS Campaigns" tab
- Locate
the Sent SMS Campaign that you would like to view the report for, and
click the
icon to open the report for that Campaign
