* The “Free” package includes help centre support only. All other send credit levels include our full Help centre, Phone, Chat and Email support options.

The pricing listed above is the price to add extra credits to your plan. This means that you will receive their standard included credits for the plan you are on plus the amount chosen to add from the table above. EG: If you are on the “Growth” plan which includes 2,000 send credits and you add 10,000 credits, you will have a total of 12,000 credits.

Send credits are sold on a use or lose it basis. Send credits are a recurring monthly amount and are reset at the beginning of each month.
