Log a Communication to a Contact (Email, Phonecall, SMS, etc.)
This article will walk you through the process of logging a communication against a client.
Arosoftware allows you to log communications (inbound and outbound) to a contact for record keeping purposes.
These communications include:
- Call (Inbound/Outbound)
- Email (Inbound/Outbound)
- Letter (Inbound/Outbound)
- Fax (Inbound/Outbound)
- SMS (Inbound/Outbound)
- Meeting
- Form/s
- Navigate to the Magnify Search Button up the top right hand corner of your Arosoftware Dashboard
- Search for the contact in question
- On the left hand side bar select "Communications"
- Select "+ Add Communication"
- A side window will open, from here you can select the:
- Communication Method
- Date & Time
- Direction (Inbound/Outbound)
- Notes
- Lead
- Listing/property the communication relates to
- Consultant
