Log a Communication to a Contact (Email, Phonecall, SMS, etc.)

This article will walk you through the process of logging a communication against a client.
Arosoftware allows you to log communications (inbound and outbound) to a contact for record keeping purposes.
These communications include:
  1. Call (Inbound/Outbound)
  2. Email (Inbound/Outbound)
  3. Letter (Inbound/Outbound)
  4. Fax (Inbound/Outbound)
  5. SMS (Inbound/Outbound)
  6. Meeting
  7. Form/s
  1. Navigate to the Magnify Search Button up the top right hand corner of your Arosoftware Dashboard
  1. Search for the contact in question
  2. On the left hand side bar select "Communications"
  1. Select "+ Add Communication"

  1. A side window will open, from here you can select the:
    1. Communication Method
    2. Date & Time
    3. Direction (Inbound/Outbound)
    4. Notes
    5. Lead
    6. Listing/property the communication relates to
    7. Consultant
