In this article we discuss connecting your Arosoftware team member to your Microsoft ( Office 365 / Outlook ) or Google (Gmail / Google workspace) email account
Once the Email sync integration has been enabled, you'll be able to connect your Arosoftware team member to your Microsoft or Google account.
Edit Team Member Settings
Go to Setup >Team Members > Settings ( under the Ellipsis Icon

Go to the Email Sync tab ( if this tab is not available Email Sync is not available )
Tick Sync communications from your ( Gmail/Office 365) account
Select Starting From date - Note: You can select a prior date, however back processing of email data can take some time.

Google
Email sync is only available to users who currently have Google Contact
and Calendar Sync connected . To activate email sync you will need to
logout and reconnect your Google account
Then once you've clicked on Connect to Outlook ( Microsoft ) or Connect to Gmail ( Google) button, it will open the authorisation login screen, sign in and agree to the connection.
