Running a Seller or Buyer AML/CTF verification check via your integrated AML provider (such as AML Assured) takes only a few quick steps directly within the listing card.
🚀 Step-by-Step Instructions - How to Run an AML Verification Check on a Listing
- Locate or Create the Listing: Search for your existing listing. If it is a new listing, create a Pending listing first and ensure the owner contact/s are linked.
- Open the AML Tab: From view the listing page, click on the AML tab on the left.

- Initialise Verification: Click the + Add Verification button. Your active integrated AML providers name will instantly display on the screen.
If you see the Connect AML button displayed instead, click connect to take you to your team member settings and link to your supported AML provider. Add the Parties: Select Add Party, then choose the appropriate contact type:
- Seller - Individual, Seller - Company or Seller - Trust
- Select your Seller: This will load the email address and phone number linked to that specific contact. ( plus the ABN/ACN for Company or Trust)

Note: If there are multiple owners, click the "Add party" button again to add subsequent sellers to the batch.
- Submit the Request: Review the details and click Save. This will send the verification transaction request out to your AML compliance provider.
Verifying a Buyer Party?
To add and run checks against a Buyer, the listing must have at least a Pending or In-Preparation contract saved against it, then you can link the buyer parties using the same process outlined above.
📈 Monitoring Verification Progress
Once submitted, tracking the client's progress is simple:
- Keep an eye on the transaction records inside your AML Provider workspace.
- When a party's check state changes (e.g., shifts to Completed/Approved), the status will communicate back to Aro to update the party's status. ( AML Assured have a Send to CRM button to trigger this)
