Connecting AML Assured to Your Aro User Profile

Before you can trigger individual and organisation identity verification checks in AML assured directly from in your Aro CRM, each team member must link their Aro team member profile to their active AML Assured account.
This process takes less than a minute but requires you have an Valid AML Assured Credentials and the ARO AML integration is active.  

If you're not yet connected to an AML Service, when you view a listings AML tab, you'll see the Connect AML Service button, click this button to take you to your team member settings, then follow on from step 2 steps below to connect.

🚀 Step-by-Step AML Assured Integration Connection Guide

  1. Access Your Team Member Settings: Click on your profile photo in the top-right corner of the main Aro dashboard, then select My Settings from the dropdown menu. 
  2. Navigate to the AML Tab:  

  3. Initiate the Connection: Click the Connect AML Assured button.
  4. Authenticate with AML Assured: A new secure window will open displaying the "Welcome to AML Assured — You're almost done connecting Aro Software" sign-in portal. Enter your AML Assured registered Email and Password, then click Sign In.

    1. You may need to select an organisation profile to connect to.
  5. Save to Finalise: then you'll be redirected back into your Arosoftware team member settings window.
  6. Click Save.

✅ Success Verification

The status under the AML tab will now update and display as connected.
