How do I email listings to buyers?

This help file will guide you through the process of emailing listings to buyers.

Checking for Matching Buyers
  1. Open one of your listings.
  2. In the listing dashboard, click Matching Buyers tile.

Adding Matching Buyers to Your Email Campaign
  1. In the Matching buyers list, tick the box beside Name column to select all buyers.
  2. Click Send Email Campaign to include them as recipients.

Note: Matching buyers are identified based on the alert criteria saved in each buyer’s contact profile. If you wish to check the alert criteria on a contact, check this help file link.
