​What You Can Add to a Proposal​?

Here’s a quick overview of each component that makes up a proposal:
  1. Marketing Items
    1. Create and list individual marketing services like professional photography, floor plans, listing costs or drone shots each with its own pricing, description and pictures
  2. Marketing Packages
    1. Bundle your marketing items into service packages (e.g. “Essentials”, “Premium Campaign”) to make offerings easier for vendors to understand and compare while setting custom prices if applicable.
  3. Marketing Calendar
    1. Show how and when each part of your campaign will run through a visual calendar layout
  4. Feature Sales
    1. Outline past sales from your agency that showcase the value you bring to the client
  5. Sale Methods
    1. Detail the options you offer (i.e. Auction, Private Treaty, EOI, Tender) with descriptions that help vendors choose the best fit for their property.
  6. Templates
    1. Easily make a new template to streamline the process of creating future proposals.
