Making a new proposal

Video Guide


  1. Log in to your Arosoftware Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Prospects > Convert > Proposals section in the left-hand menu
  3. Click “+ Add Proposal

  1. Enter your property details
​If your address doesn't appear in the autofill, you can enter it manually
  1. There are 3 options that you will have the ability to select:
    1. Quick Start - Start with the default template
    2. Copy Existing Proposal - Copy the settings and design from a previous Proposal
    3. Use Template - Copy settings and design from a template
When making your first Proposal, select the Quick Start option

General

In the general section you can add the following options:
  1. Owners
    1. Insert the Prospective clients name/s
  2. Agents
    1. Insert the agent/s responsible for the proposal (if applicable)
  3. Price Estimate
    1. Choose from the below list of criterias:
      1. Price Range
      2. Value
      3. Custom
      4. None
  4. Sale Method
    1. Insert the previously created Sale Method (if applicable)

  1. Selling Fee
    1. Choose from the following list of criterias:
      1. Fixed Percentage
      2. Custom

Property Details

If you wish to display the details of the property on the proposal, enable the Property Details module.

You can populate the following fields:
  1. Property Type
  2. Category (Unit, House, etc.)
  3. Beds
  4. Baths
  5. Car Spaces
  6. Land/Floor/Council Area
  7. Zoning
  8. Year Built
  9. Property Features (Air Conditioning, Gated Community, etc.)
  10. Property Description
  11. Add photos

Comparable Listings

You can insert Comparable On Market and Sold Listings into your proposal to showcase current and past market trends in the Area.
These can be inserted via Pricefinder (if the integration is enabled in your account) or manually created.
If you are creating these manually, you can add the following details:
  1. Street Address
  2. Suburb
  3. State
  4. Postcode
  5. Sold Date
  6. Sold Price
  7. Beds/Car Space/Bathrooms
  8. Land/Floor Area
  1. You can also include Featured Listings to showcase milestones from past sales/leases. Once a property has been selected, add highlights to the listing (see below example):

Marketing Quote

  1. In this section, you will outline the items and cost of your marketing strategy. These are your essential/mandatory items that cannot be altered.

Optional Marketing

  1. In this section, you can insert your optional marketing items that are non essential. These could be things like Social Media/Listing Boosts or more bespoke photography/staging.

Marketing Calendar

  1. In this section, you can insert a marketing calendar which will show the client a calendar with specific dates for when events are going to happen.

Marketing Strategy

  1. In this section, you can insert text that will outline your marketing strategy. This could be a general information section or customised to the client. 

Settings

In the settings you can select a variety of options including:
  1. Expiry Date - If enabled, the proposal will expire at the specified date.
  2. Password - If you wish to password protect the proposal, enable this module (You will have to communicate this password to the prospective client).
  3. Theme - Select your relevant theme
  4. Notifications - Select if you wish to be notified when someone opens the proposal link (You can select for the first time only, everytime or disabled).
