
If last month’s trust reconciliation hasn’t been completed by the 7th day of the month:
You will not be able to add new transactions.
The date picker/calendar will be disabled for new entries.
The system won’t allow you to receive or spend funds in the trust account
Complete the trust account reconciliation for the previous month,
For example:
If you are in August and cannot add transactions, ensure your July reconciliation is completed.
Once the reconciliation is done, the system will automatically reopen access for new transactions, including the date picker for the current month.
If the previous period’s reconciliation has been finalised and the block still appears, please contact the Arosoftware Support Team for assistance.
