Email Sync Getting Started
This guide will help you activate and get started with the Email Sync integration in your Arosoftware account.
Overview
Email Sync replaces the Email BCC module function and allows emails to be imported from a Team Members external email inbox in either Gmail or Outlook/Microsoft 365 and be recorded as a communication against the matching contact.
Activating Email Sync
Is email sync included in my current software plan ?
Email Sync is included in professional and essential plans and can be added for a low monthly cost to other plans.
- Professional & Essentials plans: included
- Growth & Starter plans: $15 per month for one user or $30 per month for unlimited users
Check Integration status
- Go to the Setup cog
- Integrations : Scroll down to Email Sync
- Check Email Sync Setup is Active , if not click on Setup button, tick activate , save
Note: Only management role users can activate
Connecting Team Member with Email account

If
your team member profile is currently using Email BCC function, this
should be disabled prior to setting up the Email sync and ensure your
unique Email BCC email address is removed from any email program rules.

If you don't see the Email Sync tab in your team member settings, the Email Sync integration is not enabled. Please contact Aro Support if you'd like to add this feature.
