Editing Campaign content

Selecting your starting point

When starting to create the content for your campaign, you have four ways to kick start your content 


  1. Use an Aro template
  2. Use a saved template
  3. Copy from a previously sent campaign
  4. Start from scratch

Use an Aro template

We have created an array of preset templates that cover a wide range of campaign subjects that you may wish to use, take advantage and save yourself some time and get your campaigns under way in no time. 




The templates cover topics from Weekly Listings, Monthly Market Updates, Listing Spotlights, What's On and more. 


Simply click on of the templates and select "Start with this Template" to drop the template into your 'Email Designer"

Use a saved template

If you have previously created a template as a basis for a campaign will show here in the section. 



In the same way as the Aro templates, just click on the template you wish to use and and select "Start with this Template" to drop the template into your 'Email Designer"

Copy from a previously sent campaign

If you have previously sent a campaign and want to use it as a basis for a new campaign, select this option 




And again, to use the campaign as your starting point, click on "Start with this template" to drop the template into your 'Email Designer"


Your new campaign will be missing any listing references, team member selections, Open Home times etc. as these need to be updated to reflect your new content.

Start from scratch

If you want to create a new design from scratch and why wouldn't you, we think its pretty easy - 😊, just select "Start from scratch" and you will have a blank canvas to create your marketing masterpiece.
