View & Download Aro Subscription Invoices


We do not email out invoices , but you can view details of and download your invoices from within the software on the Billing page. 

New Billing System

We migrated to a new billing system in July of 2022,  which allows you access to client billing portal with much more flexibility around managing your billing information. You can now view a more detailed and accurate subscription information, update address details, add new/update payment methods, change account contact information as well as downloading invoices.

To view invoices generated after July 2022.

To view these invoices, follow these steps.
Just a reminder, invoices are generated on your due date, which be either the 1st or the 15th of the month.



Click on your headshot at the top right of the screen
  • Select "Billing" in the drop down menu
  • Click on "Billing Portal" 


  • This will open a one time portal link, we recommend opening this in a new browser tab, so you can keep your place in the software.


  1. Click on the download invoices button

  1. And from here you can see a list of invoices since July 2022


View subscription information

To view your subscription, click in description box of your subscription


Then click on "View Breakdown"  to see a breakdown of your subscription billing.


Subscription breakdown will look like this.

To Update or Add a Payment method

Click on payment methods


Your payment methods on file will be shown
  1. Adding a second and setting it as a backup will help prevent any issues with payments failing.
  2. If you want to amend/update the details of an existing payment method, simply click on it and select "Edit payment method"

Enter in new details as required, you can select credit card or direct debit by clicking on preferred method 


Update other account information

You can also update address information or account contact information by selecting relevant option and updating details as needed.

To view old invoices prior to July 1 2022

  1. Click on headshot 
  2. Select billing from drop down 
  3. Select "View invoices generated before July 1 2022"

Note: Only management users have the option to access and see the billing section unless the permissions have been changed on a per person basis to be able to see this
