Automation Dashboard - Email Autoresponders

This guide will step you through setting up and editing the Email Autoresponder automations in the Automation Dashboard.

1. Hover over the Productivity header at the top of Aro. Click on Automation in the dropdown menu.
When you open this screen you will see that there are 3 types of Email Autoresponders you can set up. 
      - Sale Listing enquiries
      - Rental Listing enquiries
      - General Contact Us enquiries



2. Click on the automation you wish to setup/edit. This will open the sidebar settings form.
If the sidebar form does not open when you click on the automation card, you may not have permission to make changes. Please contact a management user in your office.
3. Click on the enabled slider to switch on the settings


4. Select who the email should be sent from. You can choose from:
      - Office (the default office email)
      - Team Member (select a specific team member)
      - Primary Listing Consultant
      - Contact Owner

5. Each automation will have a default template already selected for you. You can use this as it is, edit it or create your own. To view/edit the template:
  1. Click on the magnifying glass to the right of the template
  2. Click on Edit
  3. Update the template and Save


6. Back in the automation sidebar, you can also choose to send through a document/s attached to your autoresponder email. This works by selecting a specific document category. The email then pulls through any documents that are in that category on the listing that the contact has enquired on. To set this up:
  1. First you will need to create the document category: Add/Edit Document Categories
  2. Next you will need to go through your current listings and ensure the documents are added under this category
  3. Once each listing has it's document - go into the automation as above and select the document category you created and Save
  4. When a contact now enquires on a listing, they will receive this autoresponder with the listing document attached to the email
7. Click the Save button to save the settings and switch on the autoresponder.

Please note autoresponders will also send for enquiries received directly into Aro through the integrations with realestate.com.au and domain.com.au
