Documents Module

The Documents module can be used for both a Contact and a Listing. Its purpose is to store pdf documents in one place that relate to the contact or the listing eg. solicitor correspondence or copy of a contract. This module also offers the optional ability for the pdf to be visible/downloaded by anyone viewing a listing on your website. There is a 50 MB limit for each pdf that can be uploaded. 

Adding a Document

  1. From with the Listing or the Contact navigate to the left side and select the Documents tab.

  1. Click on the Add Document button.

  1. Fill in the document name, select a category, upload the file and if you would like the document to displayed on your website*, tick the box. There is also a section for a Description.
  2. Save Document. 
Commercial Listings ONLY - Ticking display on web against a document will also include a PDF document in the file uploaded to realcommercial.com.au and commercialrealestate.com.au 

Editing Document Categories

Document categories can be accessed from any Listing or the Contact, navigate to the left side and select the Documents Tab. Aro software have some standard categories however your can add your own and make changes using the Add Document Category button and the edit pencils.
