Automatically Upload Listings to Websites/Portals

Automatically Upload Listings to Websites/Portals

Arosoftware is designed to automatically upload all listings to the websites that your office has chosen to link with when you make a listing Available. This option is chosen by default when setting up a new portal feed unless specified otherwise. You can change this automatic setting by contacting our Support Team at support@arosoftware.com. If you would like to check which websites your listing will be sent to before you make the listing available, save it as a PENDING listing first and follow the below steps:

  1. Go to the websites tab on the left side of the screen.

  1. The listing will be automatically sent to all websites in the Active list.
  2. There is a Deactivate button if you do not want this listing to be sent to a particular website. This listing will remain deactivated on that specific website until such time that you physically Activate it again.

Automatic Updates

By default, when you add a listing in Aro, automatic uploads for all Active websites are switched on. This means that any time you edit your listing (change the price, add a new photo, add an inspection time etc.) this update will automatically be sent through to the Active websites without you having to do anything. The Automatic Updates can be switched off or on in the Websites tab for each individual listing. If you are making a change to a listing and you do not want it to send through to the websites, you must switch off Automatic Updates before making the edit.
