Email Sync Automation Card Settings

The Email Sync Automation Card streamlines recording your email communications and now offering the ability to  automatically linking emails to relevant leads and listings within Aro, by specifying unique tags you include in your emails.

How to Access Settings

To configure your Email Sync Automation Card settings:

  1. Navigate to Productivity > Automation.

  2. Locate the Email Sync automation card.

  3. Click on the small cog icon (⚙️) to open the settings.

  4. Enabled toggle: Use this toggle to turn the Email Sync feature On or Off. 

  5. Include Subject in Preview column checkbox: Check this box if you want the email subject line to be displayed in the preview column of your communication table in Aro.

  6. Auto Link emails to Leads and Listings via Tags: This powerful feature allows Aro to automatically link your emails to relevant Leads and Listings based on unique tags you include in your email content.
    1. Listings :Check this box to activate automatic linking of emails to Listings based on your defined tags.
    2. Leads:  Check this box to activate automatic linking of emails to Leads based on your defined tags.
