Workflow Action Types

An action within a workflow can do one or more of the following:

Contacts

  1. Add a contact to a certain group/s
  2. Change a contact's group/s
  3. Remove a contact from a certain group/s

Leads

  1. Change pipeline/status
  2. Create property alerts

Notifications

  1. Email: Automatically send an email to a contact or team member
  2. SMS: Automatically send an SMS to a contact or team member

Tasks

  1. Automatically queue a task for a team member or group

Workflows

  1. Cancel a workflow
  2. Start another workflow
