The most common cause for a failure is the inclusion of hidden formatting when copying text from Microsoft Word or a website. This hidden formatting may not be compatible with Arosoftware. To ensure your text is compatible, only plain text should be inserted into the listing description and heading fields. If you are copying text from another program, please use the "Paste as Plain Text" option (right-click and select "Paste as Plain Text") instead of using the standard "Paste" option.
