Why doesn't the Aro app open when I click on a link in a notification email?
For the Aro mobile app to open when you click on links in notification emails, your account notifications must originate from noreply@notify.arosoftware.com.
If your Aro system notification emails are sent from your own domain name, please ensure the account holder contacts Aro Support to update the sent from settings.
Before requesting changes to the sender email address, ensure that your email provider recognizes
noreply@notify.arosoftware.com as a safe sender. This prevents notification emails from being flagged as spam or diverted to junk folders unintentionally.
