What is the Information Memorandum Link (IM) field and how can I use it?

The Information Memorandum Link (IM) field is a new feature that allows you to store and share a direct link to your listing’s Information Memorandum.

Where is the Information Memorandum Link field located?

You’ll find the IM field when editing a listing, under the Marketing Details tab at the bottom of the page.

The IM link is not included in uploads to any websites or portals.

Which listings is it for?

The Information Memorandum Link field is most commonly used for Commercial and Business listings, but it is available for all listing types.

How does it work now?

Previously, IM's were uploaded as PDF documents against individual listing and could be sent as attachments when a Confidentiality Agreement (CA) Form was submitted.

With this new field, you can now:

  • Enter a direct link to your Information Memorandum.

  • Use the new merge field in your email templates to include the IM link in emails automatically.

  • Faster for recipients: The IM opens directly from the email link.

  • Reduced email size: Avoids large attachments being blocked by email providers

  • Easier management: Update the link in one place without re-uploading documents.

How do I start using it?

  1. Add the IM link to each of your current available listings.

  2. Update your “Send IM” email template to use the new merge field in your email template (instead of sending the IM as an attachment).

This gives you a flexible new option for sharing IMs with prospective buyers.
