What is my office code?

Each agency has a unique office code and login URL. To find your office code:

  1. Log in to Aro on your desktop
  2. Check the URL: The office code is the first part after https://

For example:

  • URL: https://example.admin.arosoftware.com/
  • Office Code: example

Office codes are always lowercase and contain no spaces. If you’re unsure, ask your management/database admin or contact support at support@arosoftware.com
