View and Edit a Task in Aro mobile app

View and Edit a Task in the Aro Mobile App

The Tasks feature in the Aro mobile app lets you view, update, and manage your to-dos on the go.

Notes
The Tasks module is not available on Aro Lite, Starter, or Web-only subscriptions.


Viewing a Task

  1. In the Aro mobile app, go to Tasks.

  2. From the task list, tap a task to open it in the Task Details view.



Editing a Task

  1. In the Task Details view, tap the Edit Task icon in the top right corner.

  2. Update any of the task options as needed:

  • Title: 

  • Status: Not Started | In Progress | Completed | Archived

  • Date/Time Due

  • Task Type: choose Task | Call | Email | SMS | Letter

  • Contact: select related contact.

  • Listing: select related listing.

  • Property: select related Property ( auto-fills when listing is selected)

  • Lead: – selecting a lead will automatically fill any linked contact or listing/property.

  • Tag: – choose from your available tags.

  • Colour: – select and assign a colour for easy identification.

  • Notify: – toggle Off/On and set a reminder time (minutes or hours before the task due).

  • Repeat: – toggle Off/On and choose your desired repeat options.

  • Description: Add notes or any other relevant details about the task.

  • Assignee – select a team member.

  1. Once you’ve made your changes, tap Save in the top right.


Changing Task Status

You can also update a task’s status without editing all details:

  1. In the Task Details view, tap the vertical ellipsis (⋮)  icon in the top right.

  2. Select Change Status.

  3. Choose the new status:

    • Completed

    • In Progress

    • Archived
