What is the Communication Activity Module

The Communication Activity Module is a summary of communications made on a listing, These details are collated from the communications that are logged within Arosoftware for that listing.

Customising the Comments/Text Module

  1. You can customise the contents of each module by selected the edit icon when editing the Vendor Report

  1. This will open the customisation options. You are able to edit or remove the title of the module. To remove, uncheck the Title box
There are two main areas to customise in this module.
First is the Summary area:
  1. This is where you can specify the summary numbers that are displayed in the top of the module
You can choose from:
  1. Phone Calls
  2. Emails
  3. Letters
  4. Fax
  5. SMS
  6. Meetings
  7. Form Submissions
Then, there is the Notes area:
This area will go into greater detail of the activity.
You can choose to show details of:
  1. Notes
  2. Phone Calls
  3. Emails
  4. Letters
  5. Fax
  6. SMS
  7. Meetings
  8. Form submissions
These details will be all incoming and outgoing communication.

You also have the choice to show full name or first name only of the lead details from the communication.
