Most portals do not allow you to change suburbs on a listing that has been upgraded as a featured listing on their website. If you receive the error below you will need to do the following:
Error: "This listing has been upgraded. It is not possible to update the suburb field on an upgraded listing"
You will not be able to alter any part of the address on a property that has been listed on portals and then the listing has been upgraded.
How to fix it: You will need to contact the relevant portal directly and ask them to allow the suburb change. Once they have allowed the change, you will need to send an email to support@arosoftware.com. Please include in your email:
The Aro support team will then change the listing suburb in the back of the program so that it matches the listing on the third party website.
