Update/add team members email signature in the software

This article will guide you through updating your Team Members profile text.

  • Login to Arosoftware and under the Settings Cog icon, Under the Company heading, click on "Team Members"
  • Select the relevant team member and you will be redirected to the "Team member details" page
  • Click on "Edit Team Member"
  • Click on "Profile" on the left side tab
  • Make your desired changes in the Email Signature section
  • Click "Save Member" button once complete

Note: If the Team Member option is not available under the Setup menu, you do not have permission to access this function in the software, please contact your manager.
