Unique Team Member Emails

It is important for each team member to have a unique email address for the best software functionality.  

If you use the same email address for multiple contacts be aware that:
  1. All email notifications will be sent to that one email address
  2. Any user with this email address cannot use the email to login as there will be multiple matches, they can only use their username
  3. Matching listings to correct agent profile on external websites
  4. If using inbound reaxml, we cannot guarantee there will not be mismatches when linking team members to incoming listings
