Portals will reject your properties if you do not have the relevant accounts relating to the property types

Error:  

• You do not have the relevant paid subscription to the the Portal and your account is basic level only
  
• The have used "New Construction" instead of "Established Property" in the software
  

How to fix 

• Contact relevant Portal to upgrade your account to allow Development ads
  
• Edit the listing and use "Established Property" option in the software
