Portals will reject your properties if you do not have the relevant accounts for the property types.

Error

• You do not have the relevant paid subscription to the portal, and your account is only at the basic level
• You have selected "New Construction" instead of "Established Property" in the software

How to fix

• Contact the relevant portal to upgrade your account to allow Development ads
• Edit the listing and select the "Established Property" option in the software
