Team member photo tips and best practices
This article will go over some tips and best practices for team member photos.
The aim is to ensure consistency on your website and other publications that use the team member profile image from your Aro Software.
Upload your team member photo using the aspect ratio of 2.3. With a height that is 1.5 times the width.
If you have multiple team members, it is important that all photos have the same composition/placement of the person in the image.
This means that the head and shoulders should be in the same spot, with the same amount of space around the individual.
Common issues we see include:
- Too much space at the top of the photo, as shown below
- Will result in the photo looking like this on the Our Team webpage
- By including more in the bottom half of the image, you can ensure that the photo looks well balanced and doesn't have sections cut short.
