This article will guide you through changing the task table and Filtering option.
Task Table View Options
- Go to your Task Dashboard
- In the Dashboard upper right hand corner you will see the option next to Add Task button
- By default the dashboard is set to column
- Click the List View if you wish to change the dashboard to List View
Filtering the task view
This section will show you each type of Task:
- Properties & Listings - task that are linked to properties/listings are shown to this column
- Contacts - this shows task to each contacts
- Leads - task linked to your contact Leads
- Other - task with no further details

Tasks can be filtered by Type, Status, Assignee, Role, Tags or Due Date
3. Saved Filters
Filters can then be saved so you don't have to add the filter every time or to create custom views.

The saved filters section specifically applies to the Column View and is not accessible in List View
- Add the applicable filters
- Click the 'Save Filter' button
- Add the Filter name and press Save
- Your saved filters will then appear in this dropdown list
