Setting your default SMS sender id

Your default sender ID will be used on all automatic SMS message that get sent out of Aro. It will also be selected as the default "Sender ID" when you send an SMS message.

To set or edit your default sender id;

  1. Go to the "Setup" menu and click on "Agencies & Offices".
  2. Edit the Agency that you would like to add this sender ID too.
  3. Click the "SMS" tab.
  4. Select the "Default" radio button for the sender id you would like to default to.
