Useful information for setting up Zapier
Listing portals often don't provide an efficient method of getting lead enquiries automatically into Aro. Zapier provides a way to convert the enquiry email into a Lead enquiry in the software.
However, to do this, the email you receive from the portal must be forwarded to an email processor and converted into fields that can be processed consistently by Zapier.
This process is called 'mail parsing' and is the first step in getting email enquiries into Aro.
