Send a Follow Up Campaign

Sending a follow-up campaign enables additional communication with your customers, based on actions or results of a previously sent campaign

There are a number of possible outcomes you can use to re-target segments of the original campaign.
  • Select clients who clicked / didn’t clicked

  • Re-send clients who opened / didn’t open

  • Re-send bounced once data is cleaned up

  • Use a different recipient set to target different sections of the database contact pool
