What is a Reports Dashboard
The dashboards area of the reports module lets you create a Dashboard that will show the report data you wish to see.
Each Dashboard can have any number of reports on it. This gives you the ability to compile the reports that you want to look at on a regular basis and view them instantly in one area. Dashboards can also be printed, shared, and scheduled so that you receive them via email automatically.

Vendor Reports
A Vendor Report is a document that you can create, summarizing activity for a listing over a specified time. This is a great communication tool for your team to share all the important activities with their contacts.
KPI's
A KPI (Key Performance Indicator) is simply a quantifiable measure that is used to gauge or compare performance. These measures can be activity-based (number of calls made in a month) or results-based (number of sales made per month).
