Rello Integration Setup - Link Merchant ID to Agency or Office

In this article we will quickly show you how to link your merchant ID, once it has been received from Rello
  1. Go to the integrations page by clicking on the setup cog, then select "Integrations" from under the General heading
  2. Scroll down to Rello and select 'Setup'
  1. Once we are within the setup screen, we need to add the merchant ID's to our agencies or offices
  2. To do this we click on the chain link option, next to the the agency name we want to link
  1. If we have registered with Rello, via the software, we should already have a linked merchant ID, we can select from the dropdown list here
  1. Alternatively, if you are an existing Rello client and already have a merchant ID but haven't yet linked your account, you can request to link the ID here
  1. Once the agency is linked, you will see the following showing all offices attached to the agency are also linked
  1. Should you wish to link a single office with a merchant ID, you can just select the chain link next to the relevant Office name
  1. Once the merchant ID is added, you will see something similar to the following
  1. Finalise the integration setup, by checking the 'Activate' box and clicking on Save
  1. Your integration will now look like this, show the integration is active
