Rello - How to create a VPA Request ?
It's very simple to create and send a VPA request to your vendor (property owner).
- Log in to the software and open the required listing and scroll down to the Rello tab
- Any existing VPA requests will show here if previously requested
- To add a new request, simply click on the add request button
- A blank form will open like this
- Click on the vendor field, to select the vendor who wished to raise the finance application with Rello
- The email address stored against the owner will populate automatically, however you can overwrite this if needed, by clicking on the "Use custom email" link below the email field
Add a message to the vendor
- Enter a campaign start date. This is essentially when the finance is required by
- Enter in the amount to be financed by Rello. Rello have a minimum finance amount of $1000 up to a max of 2% of the sale amount or $25,000 whichever is less
- Enter a merchant reference. This could be the listing address, owners name, listing ID or some other reference to help identify what the finance request relates to.
- The Pay to bank account will pre-fill to the default account as per merchant setup
- Finally upload your signed sales listing authority form
- Once this is done and no outstanding fields remain, you can click on "Send Request" . This will send the application request to Rello who then forward the application on to the vendor for the them to complete.
- You application will then show against the listing as "Pending" until application is processed by Rello.
