Relisting a withdrawn or deactivated sales listing
This guide will help you bring a withdrawn or deactivated sales listing back on the market.
Keep in mind: the process can vary depending on how long the listing has been off‑market.
Option 1: Using Switch or Add Listing
If your sales listing has been off‑market for quite some time:
- Navigate to the listing
- Next to the Edit Listing button, click Switch or Add Listing.
- Choose Add Listing.
- Follow the steps to copy all the details.
- Under Websites, select Relist with the same IDs to avoid feed errors.
- Review the Summary, then click Save.
Note: If the listing was already uploaded to REA, they recommend using the same feed ID from the withdrawn listing to avoid duplication.
Option 2: From Withdrawn to Pending
If the listing was withdrawn only briefly (same day or within a few weeks):
- Navigate to your listing
- In the progress bar, click the Pending icon.

- Then process it back to Available.
Note: If the Pending button is greyed out, it means you don't have permission. Please reach out to your admin or support team for help.
Important Notes
- Different portals may handle “days off‑market” differently.
- For example, REA considers listings off‑market for more than 90 days as new listings.
- If the listing has been off‑market for less than 90 days, you can simply reactivate the same listing.
