1. How much does it cost?
   
1. There is a one-off cost of $440 to set up the REAXML property data feed and an ongoing cost of $22 per month
   

1. What is REAXML?
   
1. It is an XML format that is designed and maintained by REA Group. You can read their documentation here
   

1. How often does Arosoftware send data?
   
1. We will upload data every time you make a change to a listing, assuming that "Automatic uploads" is enabled for that listing. If "Automatic uploads" is not enabled, we will send data whenever you manually click the "Update" button on a listing
   

1. Will Arosoftware set this up on my third-party website or application?
   
1. No, we simply send the data to the FTP location that you have supplied. You or the development agency building your website/application will need to process the REAXML data
   

1. Will Arosoftware communicate directly with my development company regarding problems they are experiencing whilst trying to process the REAXML data?
   
1. No, everything you need to know is documented in the REAXML documentation
   

1. I don't know how to process XML data, what should I do?
   
1. We would recommend purchasing a website through us, and we will take care of it all automatically
   

1. Will Arosoftware make custom changes to the XML format?
   
1. No, we can only supply data in REAXML format
   

1. Can I request an additional Bulk Upload?
   
1. Yes. There is a cost of $100 + GST per request to do this. If you would like to proceed, please send an email to support@arosoftware.com

Getting Started

Before you purchase a REAXML Property Data Feed, you should read and understand the REAXML documentation. If you are getting a development agency to build a website or application that this REAXML data will be used in, you should send this documentation to them.

1. Read and understand the REAXML documentation
2. Purchase your REAXML Property Data Feed
3. Send/confirm the following details and send them to support@arosoftware.com
   
   1. FTP Server
   2. FTP Username
   3. FTP Password
   4. FTP Path
   5. Passive or Active FTP
   6. Compressed XML
4. Once we receive these details, we will configure the REAXML Property Data Feed and send through a bulk upload of your listings
5. From this point on, any changes or uploads that you make within the Arosoftware CRM will automatically be sent to the FTP location that you have supplied
